Refund Policy

At Arkade Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Hair extensions that have been worn, opened, or tampered with

Wigs that have been styled, cut, or altered

Hair care products that have been opened or used

Sale items or gift cards
⚠️ This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly exchange the item or offer a store credit.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
